Milani Baked Blushers in Berry Amore and Rose D'Oro: Review and swatches

+Milani Cosmetics have been around for a while but in the UK are virtually impossible to get hold of, that is until I recently hopped across the pond and snapped up two of the nine available baked blushers in Berry Amore and Rose D'Oro.

From these two blushers and I've used them both a lot, I can confirm that the colour payoff is out of this world.  A little dust over the product, light tap of the excess and a light handed application is all you need to get any transition of colour and slight shimmer on your cheeks.  In doing so, you'll also notice that they are incredibly finely milled meaning that you won't find them clumpy looking on your skin, majestical!  One thing to point out is the mention of shimmer, fear not, it won't replace your highlighter, not will it leave you looking like a glitterball, you'll just be left with an ever so subtle glow.

When it comes to application I'm loving the Zoeva 127 Luxe Sheer Cheek brush which seems to pick up the right amount of pigment and distribute evenly to your skin.  There's no signs of anything looking uneven, blotchy or you looking like a clown!

Berry Amore is a a muted rose colour with a hint of shimmer running throughout which is just beautiful.  This looks beautiful when paired with a neutral eye and pinky lip as it adds a stunning flush to your cheeks.

Rose D'Oro is my favourite of the two, don't get me wrong Berry Amore is bella bella but this one, sensational!  It's more of a peachy colour with a hint of gold running though which makes it perfect for those warmer looks you're conjuring up.

These two blushers have become two of my favourites and I've reached for them nearly each week since getting them a few months ago.  Throughout the day their staying power is impressive and the subtle shimmer remains in place for a good 7 hours.
